1. If your child is remaining in the Division and will no longer need to take the bus you may be refunded full months remaining if the following is met:
a) You have submitted this form prior to the last day of January of any given school year.
b) The bus pass has been returned to transportation via your child's school.
2. If your family is moving from the Division to attend another school outside of the Division, once both the pass and email has been sent to transportation you may be refunded full months remaining in the year.
3. The above only applies if you were assigned a fee for transportation for the current school year
